🔺Good AF Tip!🔻 When making dishes with ground turkey or hamburger meat, throw in a few tbsp of Flax Seed Meal for added fiber + protein! I also added nutritional yeast to add creaminess, protein, + B Vitamins! 🌈 ⁣

My valentine comes back to Nashville in less than a week and I couldn’t be more excited! 👫💋 #valentinesday⁣ For those nights you want a simple but flavorful dinner - try out @traderjoes Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust Cheese Pizza 🍕- I added spinach, red pepper, jalapeños, and feta, & my arugula salad made of feta, beets and brussel spouts cooked in the air fryer! 😋⁣

* Cook brussel sprouts on 400° f for 5-6 minutes with 1 tbsp oil. They should be browned and crispy!⁣
* Cook frozen beets on 400° f for 20 minutes with 1 tbsp oil. ⁣Soooo delish. ⁣

I am LOVING my air fryer, y’all. 😍 It’s fast, easy to clean, andddddd I’m able to cook some of my fave foods without having all the cals and oil. (Also, why is there no pickle emoji? 😂) ⁣⁣⁣ Most recipes call for your pickles to be battered in “an egg wash” which is a beaten egg, but I used all my eggs in a frittata, and had to improvise. Turns out, I didn’t need the egg wash. ⁣⁣ The ranch is #dairyfree and the pickles are #glutenfree, but you can use regular breadcrumbs (gf ones are easier on my belly)!

⁣⁣AIR FRYER FRIED PICKLES⁣⁣⁣
Hamburger ⁣⁣⁣sliced pickles
⁣⁣Olive Oil Spray⁣
Garlic Salt
⁣⁣GF Breadcrumbs⁣
⁣⁣
1. Lay pickles out on flat surface. Soak juice out with a paper towel. ⁣
2. Spray both sides of pickle slices with olive oil spray.⁣⁣
3. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a plate and dredge both sides of pickles (you want them fully covered as possible with crumbs).⁣
4. Cook in air fryer on highest settings for 10 minutes or until slightly toasted.⁣⁣⁣

DAIRY-FREE RANCH DRESSING⁣⁣⁣
1/3 c unsweetened DF milk (I recommend coconut or cashew)⁣⁣⁣
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 lime, squeezed
1.5 tsp white wine vinegar⁣⁣⁣
1 cup mayo⁣⁣⁣
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped⁣⁣⁣
2 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
2 tbsp green onion, chopped⁣⁣⁣
⁣
1. Mix all liquid ingredients in bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl.⁣⁣
2. Combine, and stir well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.⁣
🔶TIP - I highly recommend playing around with the measurements of vinegar, lime, garlic, and seasonings. 🔶You may want flavor to have more power over the other! The fun thing about cooking is experimenting and seeing what you come up with!⁣

If you aren’t familiar with the 5 love languages, or what yours may be, I recommend you do some Googling and find out. It can help bridge communication barriers between your friends, lovers and family... 👫 There is nothing wrong with saying, “hey, this is how I need to be shown you love me.” ❤️⁣⁣

I think we forget how powerful a few words can be to someone (which is probably why my mom always said “think before you speak”). Have you ever randomly complimented a stranger or friend? 😊Their posture eases, they smile,⁣⁣ and are taken off guard... it ALWAYS produces a positive result. Everyone loves to hear, “I appreciate you,” “You did a good job,” or “I care about you.”⁣⁣
